He seems to be very mechanical just like his dad, grandfathers, uncle, and great grandfathers. He comes from a long line for handy men.
There was no detail he missed out on.
He would get the screws from Gran Dan and take them to Matt. It was so cute.
He was SO proud of himself. Please notice the boots and shorts. His favorite combo.
After a little while we could not contain ourselves. We had to jump on it before it was finished! It had been YEARS since I was on a trampoline! Jackson LOVES it! He goes out there every night to jump on it when we get home.
THE GOLF PAR-TEE!!
I'm not sure how many people (outside family) realize just how much Jackson loves golf. But it is his favorite thing of all!! He likes baseball during baseball season and football during football season, but golf is his year around thing! So naturally we had a golf par-tee at the golf course! Since it was June is south Mississippi we kept it indoors most of the time, but it was still a blast!
The decorations were done by the same lady I used for his first birthday. I put her on notice for December for Mary Frances' birthday. She makes these super cute template for super cheap then you just print it and cut it all out. Her shop on Etsy is Totful Memories if you are interested!
I don't know if you can tell, but the white balloons look like golf balls. It is amazing what you can find online when you Google it!
One Happy Birthday boy! He loves attention, so when all his grandparents show up in one place and it's all about him, Lord help! And yes, that is a Master's polo. Who needs a shirt with your name and age on it when they make a 2T Master's polo?
I love any excuse for a family picture with my adorable babies!
Singing Happy Birthday and blowing out his 2 little candles!
Mmmmm.... CUPcakes!
Baby Sister!
Opening gifts that he was not supposed to get!
I apologize for the blurry pictures. I turned the auto-focus off on my camera somehow and didn't know how to fix it at first. :)
SO happy!! And in case you were wondering where you mind a miniature golf cart, where else other than Wal-Mart!!
Just cruising! All in all it was a great day and Jackson had a blast! Seeing his little face light up makes it all worth it. And having our families in town to celebrate with us makes it even better! I can't believe my little guy is 2, but he is so much fun now! He thinks he is 15 and the boss of our house. He may not be 15, but he is currently the boss of the house. Just wait until Baby Sister is 2........
He is such a special little boy and we just thank God for him and the joy he has brought into our lives. Sure we got more sleep and had more money before he came along, but who needs sleep or money?
Happy Thursday! Sorry it took me so long to get them posted.
